This project is an unbuilt interior and architectural concept developed for a boutique baklava and cookie shop in Istanbul. The design aimed to reinterpret the traditional identity of Turkish confectionery through a contemporary and refined spatial language. A deep burgundy color palette defines both the storefront and interior, complemented by warm metallic accents, textured surfaces, exposed brick, and natural-looking materials to create a distinctive yet welcoming atmosphere.
